Services We Provide

BaySide Mount Vernon Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Mount Vernon, NY and surrounding areas. Our services include:

Getting a Quote

When you request a quote through our website or by phone, you're asking for an estimate. This estimate is based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary once we inspect your property and understand the full scope of work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After that time, we may need to reassess pricing based on current material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to suspend work until payment is made.

Scheduling and Delays

We'll work with you to schedule your project at a convenient time. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We'll keep you informed if any delays occur.

You need to provide clear access to the work area. If we arrive and can't access the site as planned, we may need to reschedule, and additional fees may apply.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. The specific warranty period and coverage will be outlined in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our installation but doesn't cover damage from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper maintenance
• Ground movement or settling
• Extreme weather events
• Damage from third parties or vehicles

Property Owner Responsibilities

You're responsible for obtaining any necessary permits before we begin work. We're happy to advise you on what permits may be needed, but securing them is your responsibility unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.

You also need to mark any underground utilities, pipes, or cables in the work area. We recommend calling 811 before any digging work begins.

Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our work. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost income, or other consequential damages beyond the direct cost of repairs or replacements covered under warranty.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.

Once work has begun, canceling a project may result in charges for work completed, materials purchased, and other costs already incurred.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us right away. We'll work with you to resolve any issues fairly and quickly. Most problems can be solved with good communication.

If we can't resolve a dispute through discussion, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Westchester County, New York.
